What is the scope of our Processing Policy?

Vibrations can process the following categories of data:

If you are a Vibrations customer, we keep your Data for a period of three (3) years from the end of the contract (unless otherwise indicated by you).
  • Processing of requests to exercise rights: your Data is kept for the duration of the processing of your request, then five (5) years from the closure of the exchanges.

Who are the recipients of your data?

Your Data may be processed by us, depending on their respective needs (for example, customer service, sales service, etc.). We may also transmit them to service providers and/or commercial partners. We may entrust your data to the following categories of recipients:

1. The service providers we use, for example, to manage interventions in the event of a breakdown or accident. This may include, for example, our insurance provider and companies responsible for interventions and/or repairs;
